New Video: Side Plank “running man”

Over the last few weeks I’ve been playing with “wounded peacock” a mayurasana variation with one forearm on the ground.  (ardha mayurasana?)  It’s a hard pose, no doubt.  David Magone posted a video where he talks you through getting into the pose, which is great.  I know for myself, often with a pose like this I follow those instructions and… flop.  So here is a sequence to help you work towards that pose (and others like it, like handstand and forearm balance)  Feedback is always appreciated…
