7:30pm: Vinyasa, Beacon Hill Athletic Club Brighton(75 minutes, warm)


9am: Power flow, Spirit Bear Power Yoga Natick (75 minutes, hot)


9am: Yoga Tune-Up® Flow, Beacon Hill Athletic (75 minutes)


10am: RX Series, Equinox Franklin t. (30 minutes)

10:30am: Vinyasa, Equinox Franklin St. (60 minutes)

4:30pm: Vinyasa, Equinox Dartmouth St. (75 minutes)

7:30pm: AcroYoga, Karma Revolution, Comm Ave. Allston
